Before there was SOXHUB, our founders were former CAEs and Controllers of Fortune 500 companies. Like most Internal Audit departments at public companies, they managed internal controls and SOX compliance manually, through a mind-boggling network of thousands of spreadsheets and shared folders. The existing software solutions only provided marginal fixes to internal controls and SOX management, or were over-engineered with features that went unused. SOXHUB was born from a simple idea that managing internal controls and compliance doesn’t have to be administrative or manual.
