Business Development Inside Sales Rep:

As a SOXHUB Business Development Inside Sales rep, you will be prospecting enterprise accounts in defined market verticals for the purpose of qualifying and setting online demos. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of selling with persuasive closing techniques and display a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and time management skills. In addition to generating new business opportunities, your responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to): developing long-term customer relationships, managing assigned customer accounts, partnering with Sales Reps to assist with product demos, and developing and optimizing a sales pipeline while maintaining pursuit strategies focused on key decision makers. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling prospective leads
  • Proactively managing and responding to cold/warm leads
  • Partner with our experienced Sales Team members to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Update SalesForce with key client information
  • Leverage current client lists to identify opportunities to grow our relationships
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in SOXHUB products
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and production levels as defined by sales management
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience
  • Communicate the impact of today's actions on future opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of consultative inside sales experience in a SaaS or related software categories is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of selling solutions over the phone with persuasive closing techniques
  • Experience running online presentations (GoToMeeting, Join.Me, Zoom, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong organizational skills while maintaining weekly forecast and achieving quota
  • Demonstrates ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience
  • Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately
