HR Manager:

SOXHUB’s HR Manager will play an integral role in ensuring the success of our team. This person will be responsible for developing and leading exceptional Human Resources practices and objectives, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, employee accountability, change management, benefits and compensation administration, performance and productivity standards, goal attainment, developing employee resources, and ongoing team and individual development. SOXHUB’s HR Manager will have an understanding of what it takes to successfully develop an employee-oriented and high-achieving company culture. The person in this role will employ industry best practices, qualitative and quantitative data, and a thorough knowledge of SOXHUB’s business to create and implement a sustainable and scalable HR function. This person will be a crucial partner to SOXHUB’s management in working to ensure a consistently excellent and positive employee experience as our company grows.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Management in leading company-wide organizational development: performance management, succession planning, and change management
  • Oversees recruitment process, from helping to determine needs for new hires as company grows, drafting and managing job listings, interviewing candidates to negotiating salary and benefits packages.
  • Manages the employee onboarding process from recruitment through benefits and compensation setup, ordering business cards, and extension setup
  • Maintains and continuously improves employee policies and relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and to help align the SOXHUB team with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Develops and manages company-wide employee perks programs aimed at attracting top talent and ensuring continued employee satisfaction
  • Responsible for promoting an excellent culture by performing office management duties.
  • Responsible for set-up and management of key Payroll and Employee Benefits systems in partnership with Operations and Management.
  • Assist Management with HR strategy and program development on an ongoing basis.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 4-5 plus years of experience in Human Resources positions
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, performance management, organization development, change management, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred, not required.
  • Experience in the design and administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
  • Effective oral and written communication; including excellent presentation development and delivery skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and project / program management skills.
